Young women and girls face competing pressures growing up which often present barriers to them achieving their goals. How can we inspire self-belief amongst the next generation of women and persuade them that they have the potential to achieve whatever they set out to do?
This wide ranging discussion will be led by Rt Hon Maria Miller MP, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport and Minister for Women & Equalities and chaired by Jude Kelly OBE, Artistic Director at Southbank Centre and creator of the Women of the World festival. Other contributors will include high profile women and girls from across the country who have set out to inspire young women and encourage them to have ambition and determination.
