An invitation to “Historical Perspectives on Conservative Women,” to celebrate the centenary of women's suffrage and the publication of Rethinking Right-Wing Women, in partnership with Manchester University Press and the University of Sheffield.
This event will take place in Room G, House of Lords, Palace of Westminster. Baroness Jenkin of Kennington will speak about the first decade of Women2Win, followed by addresses from Clarisse Berthezène, Sarah Childs, Julie Gottlieb and Conservative Party Archivist Jeremy McIllwaine. A drinks reception will follow.
